Accurx

PATCHS to Accurx

We are changing our online consultation system from PATCHS to Accurx.

From 27th May, all online requests should be submitted through Accurx.

The new system will help us manage requests more efficiently and improve communication with patients.

You do not need to create an account to use the service. Simply visit our website and complete the online form.

Thank you for your patience during this transition.
